What is Tennis Elbow?
Tennis Elbow is an inflammatory musculoskeletal condition caused by overuse from repetitive motions. Motions involving the elbow just like when tennis players swing their racquets. This does not mean it is exclusive to only tennis. Other sports can also cause someone to have Tennis Elbow.

Causes of Tennis Elbow:
Repetitive motion will cause fatigue and inflammation to the forearm muscles and tendon connected to the outside of the elbow. This is because when the forearm muscle gets tired, the tendon will be used to compensate. Over time this overloading can cause a degenerative condition called tendinitis.
