PLANTAR FASCIITIS/HEEL PAIN
If you are experiencing pain in your first steps in the morning, you are likely experiencing Plantar Fasciitis(PF).
There are various common causes of Plantar Fasciitis:
Poor arch support or high heel shoe are likely to experience PF
Body weight bearing or obese are very common causes
High Arch or flat foot has higher risk of plantar fasciitis
Most marathon runners or people whose job requires to stand for long hours are at risk as well.
Hook heel spur as a result of wear and tear, degeneration and commonly prolong activities like jogging, standing, jumping…etc;
Overly pronated or supinated feet structure can increase the stress and pressure on the arch or calcaneus heel may develop plantar fasciitis.
