Unless the pain is radiated pain symptom like numbness, tingling sensation and needle poking pain, such conditions are related to radiculopathy sensation due to nerve compression commonly in the L4/L5, L5/S1/S2 which are due to sciatica nerve, herniated or bulging disc. Such nerve compression severe related medical conditions that attribute to the pain may require orthopaedic intervention.

It is the centre of the body gravity to provide a solid base and foundation separating our upper and lower extremities, to up hold our body against gravity in our body movement for stability and preventing from fall.
